SPAMSaid I was audited in January and owed taxes from 2008-2013. And that I needed to immediately pay or go to court. If I lose the case I would have to pay over 45,000 or go to jail.Guest *** ***
SPAMThey said there's a lawsuit on my name and social number. Very annoyingGuest *** ***
SPAMIndian or Pakistani law/debt/IRS scammer. Ignore the call and block it. If there were any sort of lawsuit being contemplated against you, you'd hear about it in writing from the attorney for the other side. There'd be a paper trail.Guest *** ***
SPAMThe caller said that there is a lawsuit on my name too as well as the social security number. They need to give more information when they call.Guest *** ***
SPAMI'm so used to these scammers I learned how to turn the table on them and scare the living !@#$ out of the caller, male or female. With this # they try and make you believe They're calling from the IRS, only they add two letters I guess to avoid the IRS actually going after them for pretending to be them. Of course the [***] said a warrant was issued for my arrest leading up to some sort of payment to avoid arrest. After about 3-5 minutes I told them I was an Actual FBI agent pretending to be who they named. I said I had enough time to tape the call and pinpoint their exact location! LOL! I pretended I was shouting out to other FBI agents to respond to their location immediately and told the caller to remain on the phone for further instructions. After making him soil himself I told him how great his wife was in bed, and a few other things that would make a drunken sailor turn red. LOL! So a word to the wise. BE CAREFUL! NEVER EVER! give info such as DOB, SS# Checking account routing number etc. DONT hang upGuest *** ***

SPAMIts a scam.  If you talk to them they'll give you a chance to buy your way out of trouble.  But you have to pay by giving them your credit card number or bank account number right this second. There is no lawsuit.  They want your bank account number or credit card number so they can spend all of your money.Guest *** ***
