I called it back and the answer the lady said with the business name was too fast to understand. She knew my name and redirected me to a person who said "hold please" very rudely and then I ended up hanging up. Sketchy. He told me I could call him back if needed and he gave me a number so quick I had no time to write it down. Then he said I had a unresolved matter and he will transfer me to someone else.
